• Any screens or displays are free of cracks or chips.
• Casing is free of large dents (small dings okay).
• All inputs and outputs work flawlessly.
• Disc tray functions flawlessly.
• Unit sends video and audio signal with no issues.
• Cosmetics can be anywhere from Fair to Excellent.

Damaged - Powers On: Product powers on but may have one or more of the following functional issues:

• One or more controls, buttons, dials, switches, inputs & outputs not working well.
• Disc tray will not open or close properly.
• Any screens show cracks or chips.
• Casing has large dent(s).
• One or more inputs and/or outputs not working correctly.
• Not producing video or audio signal, or signal that is produced is distorted or unclear.

Damaged - Won't Power On: Product may have one or more of the following functional issues:

• One or more controls, buttons, dials, switches, inputs & outputs not working well.
• Disc tray will not open or close properly.
• Any screens show cracks or chips.
• Casing has large dent(s).
• One or more inputs and/or outputs not working correctly.
• Not producing video or audio signal, or signal that is produced is distorted or unclear.

• Remote MUST be included.
• Make sure all inputs/outputs are unobstructed and clear.
• Remove any discs (discs cannot be returned).
• Include as many original accessories as possible, e.g. manuals, remote, and boxes.
